Our team has over 40 years of combined parish ministry experience, so we understand the needs of Catholic parishes. When we built ParishDesigner, we built it to meet those needs in a way that nothing else out there does.
We want to do more than just make beautiful graphics for your parish – we want to take away the stress of designing flyers and posters, so that you can focus on doing what you actually got into ministry to do.
HOW IT WORKS
YOU TELL US WHAT YOU NEED
Just send us an email and tell us about the program or event you’ve got coming up at your parish and what type of graphic you need. You can include any images or logos you want worked into the design. If you know what style of design or color scheme you’re looking for, you can tell us that too!
OUR TEAM CREATES YOUR DESIGN
Your project manager reviews your design request and brings it to our team of graphic designers. After the team discusses your design, it is assigned to a graphic designer who will get to work on your project.
WE SEND THE DESIGN TO YOU
Once the designer has finished your design, he sends you all of the design files. At that point, the design is yours – you own it. If you need the design to be revised or modified, all you have to do is let us know and we’ll get to work on your revisions.

SOCIAL MEDIA GRAPHICS
Everything you post on social media should be accompanied by an image. Facebook posts with images get 2.3 times more engagement and visual content is 40 times more likely to be shared. Regardless of the platform, beautiful images are important, and we can help! We can create social media images to promote events, encourage conversation, drive traffic to your website or just share the Gospel. And we can do it for any platform you’re using.
Getting great digital images is part one. To really deliver your message in a way the whole parish hears it, you need a combination of both print and digital products. We can do posters, flyers, postcards, and more! You get all the design files so you can print them yourself, take them to a local printer, or you can let us take care of the printing for you!
Your website is the first place new families check when they’re thinking about visiting your parish. Are the images on there beautiful? Eye-catching? Current? We can take care of creating all of the images you need for your website: promotional graphics, liturgical images, fundraising banners and anything else you might need for your website.
We can take care of the design work for all of your apparel – tshirts, sweatshirts, hats, and even capes! Whatever it is, we’ll make you look good.

All of our plans include UNLIMITED designs. You can send a design request for everything your parish does – and it’s all included!
Once we send you a design, you’ll be able to request changes or revisions for that project. Unlimited revisions means we’ll keep working on your design until you’re 100% happy.
You’ll have direct email access to your project manager who will work with you on every design project you submit. They’ll function like a member of your team!
On our Platinum Plan, you’ll get direct phone access to our team. You’ll be able to schedule an appointment to talk through your design project.
Includes anything intended for a digital medium: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, website, screen projection, and more.
Includes things like postcards, posters, flyers, bulletin inserts, banners, and business cards.
We’ve created a very streamlined process and only focus on basic design work. We don’t do complex jobs like original logos or complicated layout work.
All of our plans automatically renew every month – but there are no contracts and you can cancel at anytime.
WHAT WE DON’T DO
Even though we offer unlimited designs and unlimited revisions, we’ve worked very hard to develop a streamlined and affordable service. In order to deliver great designs to parishes as quickly as possible and at a ministry-friendly price, there are a few things we don’t do.
We don’t do branding.
Creating new branding, logos and style guides for your parish is not (and should not be) a simple process. It involves an in depth look at the vision, mission and goals of your parish. That is way beyond the scope of our service – and it’s not possible for us to deliver that type at the price point and delivery timeframe of our service.
We’re not copy writers.
For all of your design projects, you need to supply all of the text (or “copy”). We’ve put together a great team of professional designers – not writers. Besides, you know way more about your target audience and the event, project or ministry you’re promoting – so it’ll sound better coming from you.
We don’t do multi-page designs.
When you’re thinking through design projects, think of the scope in terms of pages. A design project is one page (front and back) or one static screen. We don’t do booklets, catalogs, websites, animated graphics, movies or anything else that is more than a single page or screen.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you only work with Catholic parishes?
No. Our service was designed and created for Catholic parishes and dioceses (and they are the majority of customers), but we also work with other Catholic organizations and ministries.
Do I work with the same designer every time?
No. Every designer on our team has different skills and styles, so we always try to match you with the designer that best fits your project. However, you will always have the same Project Manager who will work like part of your team. They’ll quickly get to know the mission, style and flavor of your parish/organization and make sure every design created by our designers keeps the mission and style in mind.
Do you design parish/organization logos?
No. Because we believe that a GOOD parish or organization logo takes a lot of conversation and lot of time to get right, those type of logo designs are outside of the scope of our service. But we CAN create logos and graphics for specific events.
How complicated can my design be?
To get the most out of our service: keep things simple (which is really good advice for most design projects anyway). That doesn’t mean we can’t create incredibly beautiful designs, but if you can’t explain what you’re looking for in an email, it’s probably outside of the scope of our service.
Do you do website design?
No, we don’t do website design. We can create graphics for you to use on your website, but we don’t design or build websites. If that’s what you’re looking for, we highly recommend checking out eCatholic.
Can my whole parish use one subscription?
Yes, you can use our service for all of the different ministries and organizations at your parish, but it all has to go through one person. That person is THE contact person at your parish – design requests and revisions can only come from them.
Who do I communicate with during the design process?
When you sign up, you’ll be assigned a Project Manager who will work with you throughout the process on every project. All of your questions, revisions, and concerns will go through them.
Can you print my designs?
Absolutely! We’d love to print your designs and ship them to you. Right now, we are able only to print posters and postcards. All of our printed materials are high quality and printed on professional equipment. Allow up to 2 weeks for printing and delivery. Printing costs vary by size, type, and quantity.
What can I do with the design files?
The designs are yours: you can print, modify, share, change, upload them however and wherever you would like. The only catch is that you can’t sell them as stand-alone designs.
What format do I receive the design files in?
We’ll send you design images in both a flat format (JPG, PNG or PDF) and a layered format (PSD). Vector files and some other file formats are available upon request.
